The Beginning

Mr. M. G. Sawant started his carrier in 1980 with his brother Mr. Y. G. Sawant, Mr. A. G. Sawant & Mr. U. G. Sawant. He worked for projects like mining in Goa & roads with transportation of civil construction material and machinery works of Private & Govt. buildings with such valued experience and grown confidence. Mr. M. G. Sawant began his individual stint in civil construction in the Government departments. He has been offering services to the public works department of Government as a civil contractor for roads and buildings while he began with small projects his existence strengthened in the early 1994's after he started constructions of highways with advanced machineries in bituminous works as well as earth works and he undertook several prestigious projects in the Sangli, Satara & Ratnagiri District. This recognition was seed to the establishment of Unity Builders & Road Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

The recent addition of Mr. Yatin Sawant & Mr. Jeevan Sawant has added new dimension to Unity Builders Management by using system applied by Late Mr. Rahul Sawant to our team comes as a strategic step to further strengthen and enhance our professional attitude. He was M.E.(Civil) from the Lamar Univerisity of Texas, USA with focus on operation and finance.
